Hi, we're HNB.
HNB Holdings owns and manages every building we rent, and we treat each one the way we'd want our own home treated: repairs done right, and done promptly.
Our hands-on maintenance and a network of trusted local contractors mean problems get handled quickly by people who know the property.
And the name? HNB is short for Hops and Barley, our two cats and the unofficial supervisors of every project.

Routine repairs
Text or email us (the contact info is in your lease) with a quick description and a photo if you can. We'll set up a time that works for you.
Emergencies
No heat, a water leak, or anything unsafe: call us right away at the number in your lease. For fire or gas, call 911 first.
Moving out?
Let us know in writing per your lease, and we'll walk you through move-out and your deposit.
